When facing a tough question

It is often better to keep digging.  

For it is the question afterwards

That invites us deeper still.

What did that mean?

Is that still true?

What does it make possible?

Why do I feel that way?

Questions bring more clarity 

As long as we don’t stop asking. 

For there is more to learn

Beneath our surface stories.  

**

This is especially true 

In our Faith Walk.  

When we struggle to 

Make sense of life’s challenges.  

**

Sometimes answers are revealed. 

Other times, blind spots remain 

Until many years later. 

When You have prepared us.  

**

In all things. 

Throughout all seasons. 

In our grief and joys. 

You are with us

Always.
